Engagement of St Raphael’s College Past Pupils
St Raphael’s College past pupils are engaged with the College, serving on its Parent’s Association, the School’s Main Board, and in voluntary involvement throughout its history. Alumni are a vibrant source of strength to the school.
The example set by the success of Alumni across every area of achievement, from sport, science, and business, is a source of pride for all who are connected with the School.
Identification of Past Pupils
As part of the development of the St Raphael’s College Alumni Network, a number of former pupils have come together to coordinate the identification and locate the whereabouts of our Alumni across the world today. For sure, many St Raphael’s College student remained close to the town of Loughrea for their whole lifetime, but others travelled across the world, settling and often raising families in communities far from Loughrea. We want to bring the St Raphael’s College Community back together again. To do so, we need your help.
Use of Class Photographs
St Raphael’s College has Class graduation photos for the majority of its years of existence. With our first class graduating in 1921, we do not expect there are any graduates of same alive today but as the years get closer to current times, we have high hopes of identifying former students from these photographs. Each Class has a linked page below. Please feel free to submit ideas on who is who in each photo. Over a period of time, we hope to identify every graduate!

If the Year is not hyperlinked in blue, it means we have yet to find a Class Photo for that particular year. If you are a member of that Graduating Class, or have a relation, family friend, or neighbour from that Class, please ask them if they might have a copy of a Class Photo that they might share with us. Please contact us at email@example.com.
Where we do not have a Class Photo for the Year, we will attempt to fill the void with other pictures from the year and surrounding years by including photos of GAA teams and School Shows.
